The Bar Choral Society’s 2025 Winter Concert 

J.S. Bach’s Christmas Oratorio

Thursday 4th December 2025 at 7.30pm

The Concert will be a performance of Cantatas I-III and VI from J.S.Bach’s Christmas Oratorio. Bach’s masterpiece captures the wonder of the Nativity story in a sequence of sparkling choruses and beautiful arias. The Society will be joined by outstanding soloists including soprano, Grace Davidson, mezzo-soprano Martha McLorinan and Richard Latham, baritone, and accompanied in the colourful orchestral score by the fine baroque instrumentalists of Temple Players.

This concert is part of the Temple Winter Festival.
